At The Yoga Pilates Barre, we are dedicated to helping everyone achieve overall health by teaching our students how to increase their body’s strength and flexibility, relax and calm the mind and generously give of their spirit.
The Yoga Pilates Barre has everything you need to cultivate a strong Pilates and Yoga practice. Our building is a beautiful old home that we’ve transformed into a space that we hope will help you to feel calm and relaxed. We have props for our classes including blocks, straps, therabands, foam rollers, massage balls and magic circles. We also have two Pilates Reformers, a Cadillac and several small apparatus pieces for private and semi-privates sessions. Most importantly, we have certified, knowledgeable teachers who approach fitness with each individual’s best interest in mind.
