We want to serve our community’s needs as best we can so that means making schedule changes periodically. The following are the changes and new classes we are offering beginning March 1st. Please let us know if you have any questions.
NEW CLASS: TUESDAY 5:45 PM FUNDAMENTAL VINYASA YOGA with Heather
Fundamental Vinyasa Yoga (some experience recommended) – A set class that focuses on warm ups, lunges, twists, warriors, balance and core work. This class helps to enhance your practice with attention to proper alignment and breath. There are two alternating practices (A & B).
CLASS CHANGE: WEDNESDAY 5:45 PM HEATED DEEP STRETCH YOGA with Samantha
Heated Deep Stretch Yoga (some experience needed) – This class is like our traditional Deep Stretch, which challenges you to get into deep and peak poses with the assistance of the heated room. The room will be between 80-90 degrees.
CLASS CHANGE: THURSDAY 9:15 AM POWER HOUR YOGA & PILATES with Cindy (free childcare/kids yoga)
Power Hour Yoga & Pilates (some experience recommended) – This is an energizing, challenging class that integrates both the practices of yoga and Pilates to help you get strong, balanced and flexible. Have fun while strengthening your health.
We are also adding two classes onto the schedule in April for the spring season, Yoga on the Deck! This class will be outside, so prepare accordingly and may be canceled due to weather. These are classes that are included on your monthly and class passes.

WEDNESDAY 7:00 PM YOGA ON THE DECK with Samantha
Yoga on the Deck (no experience needed) – This is a seasonal class for those outdoor lovers! An all levels yoga class on our beautiful back deck.
