Beginning November 2nd, Chris Watson will be offering Boot Camp Classes at YPB as part of our regular passes and Community Memberships. The classes for all levels will include a lot of movements including squats, push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, curls, tricep extensions. and tons of core work. This class is a great full body workout to help you lose weight, tone up, improve your energy, and build strength and endurance.
