Yoga Nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. It has been said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hours of sleep. We’ll begin this 90 minute practice with a gentle yoga class to prepare our bodies to relax in Yoga Nidra.
