Private and Semi-Private Prices
We offer private and semi-private Pilates, Barre, Yoga and meditation sessions by appointment. Private sessions can be tailored to the individual’s fitness needs by utilizing our Pilates Reformer and other apparatus as well as small yoga and Pilates props.

The Yoga Therapist aims to nurture the physical, emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being of clients. The practice can assist in healing from things like chronic pain, auto-immune diseases, anxiety, depression, addiction and eating disorders.

Barre Fitness (no experience needed) – This class is a fun integration of Yoga, Pilates and Ballet for improved strength, flexibility and balance. The use of light weights, standing barre and floor work will leave you feeling energized and relaxed.
Chair Yoga & Pilates (no experience needed)- This is a great class for those just starting out and for those that have trouble getting down on the floor. It’s also a class that can teach you exercises to stretch and de-stress while sitting in a chair at work or home.
Deep Stretch Yoga (some experience recommended) – We will take our time to breathe deeply and find our deepest expression of each posture in this class. The use of props will help you find calmness and stillness in your body and your mind.
Fundamental Vinyasa Yoga (some experience recommended) – A set class that focuses on warm ups, lunges, twists, warriors, balance and core work. This class helps to enhance your practice with attention to proper alignment and breath. There are two alternating practices (A & B).
Gentle Yin Yoga (no experience needed) – Gentle Yin Yoga will help your body find openings in the body through stillness. You will get open in the postures by holding them for an extended amount of time while supported by props and guided by hands-on adjustments. This is a great class to help you relax from your day and sleep well.
Gentle Vinyasa Yoga (no experience needed)- This combines gentle movements with breath. Perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injury. More experienced students who enjoy a slower paced class also enjoy Gentle Yoga.
Heated Deep Stretch Yoga (some experience recommended) – This class is like our traditional Deep Stretch, which challenges you to get into deep and peak poses with the assistance of the heated room. The room will be between 80-90 degrees.
Hot Vinyasa Yoga (experienced yogis)– The class will be heated from 85-110 degrees to help loosen the body more quickly and release toxins. This class is a little more challenging than our regular Yoga classes. Please bring water and a towel and we recommend drinking plenty of water before coming to class.
Lilly’s Bridge Marina Yoga (no experience needed) – We love our summer classes, from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend, when we have Saturday and Sunday morning classes on the dock at Lilly’s Bridge Marina at 1183 Lilly’s Bridge Rd, Mt Gilead, NC 27306.
Meditation (no experience needed) – This is a half hour guided meditation class for all levels. Meditation can reduce stress, control anxiety, promote emotional health, lengthen attention span, reduce age-related memory loss, help fight addictions, improve sleep, help control pain, decrease blood pressure.
Pilates for All Levels (no experience needed) – This class is great for beginners and those experienced in Pilates alike. We take the fundamentals of Joseph Pilates’ exercises and modify them to fit all fitness levels to develop a strong body with focus on the core powerhouse. This class uses lots of Pilates props for diversity.
Power Hour Yoga & Pilates (some experience recommended) – This is an energizing, challenging class that integrates both the practices of yoga and Pilates to help you get strong, balanced and flexible. Have fun while strengthening your health.
Slow Flow and Let Go (no experience needed) – Enjoy a traditional Vinyasa flow at a mindful pace and tap it off with a guided relaxation.
Vinyasa for All Levels (no experience needed) – A class that will flow through Sun Salutations and into varying sequences that will strengthen and open the body while focusing on breath and mindfulness.
Yin Yoga (no experience needed)– Yin Yoga will help your body find openings in the body through stillness. You will get very deep in the postures by holding them for an extended amount of time while supported by props and guided by hands-on adjustments. This is a restorative practice.
Yoga on the Deck (no experience needed) – This is a seasonal class for those outdoor lovers! An all levels yoga class on our beautiful back deck.
